Currently PBS is associated in the biggest co-operative banks association (357 banks) Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości S.A. in Warsaw.
On 25 May 1998 there was a five banks merger: Bank Spółdzielczego in Kwidzyn, in Gardeja, in Ryjewo, in Sadlinki and in Gronowo Elbląskie. On 31 December 1998 Powiślański Bank Spółdzielczy in Kwidzyn has been established.
Thanks to joining the financial, technical and organizational potential of medium size entities, PBS has joined the biggest and the best in many regards banks group in the country.
Private persons can open their current accounts in exchange currency (EUR, GBP and USD). They can also make a deposit on very profitable conditions.
Exchange currency accounts are also at very convenience of private persons working abroad.
Currently earned and saved money can be directly transferred on your own PBS account.
Exchange currency in accordance with the client request bank will calculate into PLN, EUR , GBP or USD.
Even if you do not have the account in the bank you are able to withdraw money that has been transferred for you from abroad.
To do that, the following simple procedure needs to be followed:
The person staying abroad needs to turn the money order directly to Powiślański Bank in Kwidzyn. The following data are essential:
- Full name and surname, address and ID number,
- SWIFT code – POLUPLPR ( thanks to that the transfer will be processed quickly, because there will not be any mediate banks involved),
- Our Bank accounting number 83000009
All that’s left for you to do is just to come over to our Bank and withdraw the money.
